Job Description:
The RoleDo you want to make a difference in our customers' lives and belong to a highly collaborative team committed to improving the value of our offerings to influence and align data and reporting activities within Fidelity Brokerage Technology (FBT) across enterprise initiatives?We are looking for a Principal IT Data Analyst to join the FBT Technology Governance team who will drive technology lifecycle management and infrastructure technology initiatives for the FBT and Fidelity Institutional Technology (FIT) business units.
You will be responsible for governance and management of CIO level metrics concerning the FBT asset inventory and will contribute to ad hoc technical initiatives.
You will also contribute to the development of dashboards and the custom data views that support it.
A successful candidate will be an independent self-starter with a passion for data quality.
The Expertise and Skills You BringA bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience5
years of technology-related experienceProficiency with some programming / database querying tools (R, Python, SQL, etc.
)Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other similar applicationsSnowflake experience is a plusAbility to provide status updates on a periodic basis to management and internal partners for assigned initiativesExperience constructing compelling presentations and visual dashboardsFamiliarity with ServiceNow data and the processes it supports or other asset management softwareProven expertise in authoring and execution of data queries and the ability to summarize or draw conclusions from dataAssisting with documenting procedures to enable self-service task resolutionStrong communication skills to summarize status and rationale of complex measurements to a variety of audiencesYou are passionate about data and how data is used to drive enterprise business strategyYou are intellectually curious, take initiative, and love learning new skills and capabilities.

Working within an Agile structure, we collaborate across the FBT business unit and Enterprise to influence and align data and reporting activities to meet the needs of FBT and the Enterprise, while simultaneously advocating FBT's perspective.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
